  Room was... Okay Really really sucks to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and your male body parts drop into the ice cold toilet water. Coffee was like drinking battery acid. Room was clean. Food was tasty and nice selection

  10/10 the lady who was working last night (march 29) was so amazing to deal with and you could tell how hard she works and how much she cared about customer service and her job. The pool was great, 24/7 is unreal for a couple who wakes up early and wants to hot tub compared to other best westerns that done open till 9-10. The bed and sheets felt like a dream so cozy, soft and comfortable. Great stay.

  I stayed here as an emergency last minute stay and this was definitely the best choice as far as finding comfort away from home. It all started when I was greeted by a friendly front clerk named nayit. I took down her name because She was very professional and the way she treated us was beyond exceptional. She was kind and very informative when it came to letting us know about the amenities. What I liked about her was the way she communicated with other staff. Very respectful. I had two little ones with me and unlike other places that make it seem like a burden for having small children, she was actually excited to suggest things for me to do to entertain them. Definitely made our stay more comfortable. If there is any way to recognize her I hope this is it. Thank you best western for treating us well with awesome employees. Will always recommend this to everyone looking for a comfortable place to stay ✨️ 👌

  All of the people working there we met were outstanding, at both check in and at breakfast! They were helpful, friendly, engaged in small talk enough to be polite, but not distracted, worked hard to make sure our experience and others' was great, and just seemed like genuinely good people to be around and interact with. When we arrived at the door, we wondered if were getting a lower budget hotel than we wanted, but were soon warmly welcomed and found it to be a high-value experience. If I stop in Twin Falls again, I am definitely going back.

  Check in was fine. Staff for check in and breakfast was not overly friendly by any means. Room was clean. My biggest issue was the fact that the sofa bed was not made nor was there Linens in the room for it. I had to call down to front desk to ask for some and they told me they would look for them but I had to come down and get them myself. We were already ready for bed so we had to change and go down and get them. Where we waited for quite some time because they couldn't even find a pillow for us. I let them know when I checked out the issues that I had and they just said they would make a note in my reservations for next time. That did not solve my issues for this time. I feel like if you're paying over $100 for a room you shouldn't have to track down Linens and make the bed yourself.
