- DCDEVON COct 4, 20251.0My wife and I tried to reserve a room online for Edgewater Best Western in Sandpoint, ID. For 10/04/25. Like we have 20 times over. There was something wrong with the website so we called what we thought was the front desk like we always do, but we got a call center. FML! We were met with a quick disconnect when we asked about the website being down, and if we were still able to reserve a room...she said yes, got overly upset and hung up because I asked what was going on?! Lol thanks guys!!👍 we spend a lot of money with you!!!! and do not appreciate this disrespect. Done!!!
