- SLSarah LoshJul 16, 20231.0Raised the rates on us for the second night by $60 WITHOUT TELLING US. We asked to extend our stay by one night. "No problem, we have plenty of availability," they said. We discovered the inflated rate at check out. They take no responsibility for informing their guests of rate increases or obtaining consent for such. Buyer beware. Also, be aware that the Google advertised pictures and prices are completely misleading. We had cheap linoleum floors and a stained and peeling toilet seat. The carpets in the halls are worn. The breakfast and front desk staff were mostly very nice. We understood this was sort of a budget option, but once we got there, the price was just as much as a nicer hotel and they shamelessly gouged us the second day- saying we should have asked what the price was and not assumed it would be the same as the first night. Would you want to be treated that way by any business?
