  So I had a late night check in that was supposed to be discounted ten dollars I booked online and it didn't give me the discount. Other than that the customer service was amazing and this day was good. Very clean sheets pillowcases , fully stocked with incidentals.

  Had to pop up to Pocatello for a family funeral. As always prices were reasonable, rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were amazing. Staff was helpful and friendly. My go to place. They never disappoint. Best part they are close to everywhere.

  Ashley removed my belongings and stripped my room when I didn’t check out yet. I went to grab some breakfast, and came back to the room stripped and my stuff gone including medication. Ashley had decided to remove my stuff and strip the room without confirming my departure. When I spoke with the head housekeeper, her attitude was horrendous and she treated me like I was the inconvenience and I did the wrong thing by coming back. She went on to state how this is just policy and they have every right to do this. After the conversation with the head housekeeper (who neglected to provide her name) I spoke with the hotel manager Chance Summers and she apologized, but stood by the behavior of her employees and stated that they can do this and i would be surprised what people leave. Just because some people do it, doesn’t give the right to remove belongings and forcefully check me out before my checkout time based on assumption. When I asked for a refund for the unused time, the manager refused to resolve it there with a refund and instead said I can take her work and email about getting a discount on a full price stay in the future. I am very unsatisfied with the service provided, the lack of resolution and overall the whole situation. I will note, all the gentlemen at the property were outstanding! They were respectful and compassionate about the situation, whereas the ladies I dealt with were extraordinarily questionable.

  Place was kinda dated. Hallways needed attention. Bed was in need of replacement The sink is outside the restroom right next to the door making a weird layout. But it’s a 113$ room and it shows why so cheap
