The walls are paper thin and there was an unpleasant odor permiating the place. I wouldn't stay there again, even if the alternative was more expemaive.

Called to cancel and they canceled the booking but informed us no refund because we payed on line through best western app. . The person on the phone was rude. The manager was of no help either. Waiting on corporate to look into it. My wife and I was trying to do something nice for her mother turning 80. Severely disappointed in this hotel.

There was a lot of maintenance going on and so it felt sloppy. It’s an old hotel but you are getting a good price point. It is cheaper for a nicer place in Idaho Falls but considering that area it’s ok.
