They only clean your room every 5 days. The mattresses need to be updated. The pillows are just awful, they are not even a full pillow now 12x12 The heat in my room was not consistent it was hot and cold and having to change this about every hour on the hour. My family decided to stay a extra night (with are dog) and they changed a second pet fee. I am sorry to say but they have lost a long time customer. Do better

You think they would have some understanding. I stay at a lot of hotels and spend about 20k per year on lodging and have never had something like this happen. Ill continue to book with Hilton hotels where they actually care about their customers.
