  Stayed 4 nights, 2 rooms between me and my sister with her teenage son. Overall pleased, but not sure we would stay again. Service was fantastic. Rooms were clean and spacious and modern. Mobile check-in was smooth, even when the kiosk wouldn't scan my QR code (they had keys ready). Breakfast had small selection but was satisfying. The walls/ floors/ doors/ windows did little to dampen noise. We all struggled to get to sleep before 11pm each night. Which was not helped by the firmness of the mattresses. I've stayed in 8 hotels over the last year, and these were the most firm. I had requested extra pillows but was told "you already get 4" (I didn't push it because I didn't want to be flagged as difficult). The parking lot is shared with the Civic Center, which meant that the lot quickly filled in the early evening for events. There was even a sign saying that parking was only for the evening's production of Frozen. The hotel allowed creative parking, but that was also very limited and did not accommodate ADA, which were all taken by the Civic Center guests.

  The hotel staff were AMZING! From the front desk to the cleaning ladies. They were all so nice. We've stayed here a few times and everytime, the staff has been amazing The 3 stars is because- We had booked for 7 days, on the 3rd day, tubi (streaming app) wouldn't work. Then on the 4th day, our cable went out. We had 3 children with us and that was rather unfortunate. Fortunately, we were gone most of the days and only at the hotel for a few hrs a day. It didnt return the rest of the trip. Our toilet wouldn't flush. The arm that holds and lifts the chain broke, so we had to take the back off and lift it ourselves till it got fixed. And then parking- on 2 different occasions, the building near the hotel had an event and all of the people attending filled the hotel parking so most guests had to park on the street. This hotel isnt the most expensive, but it also isnt the cheapest. Just it was just a little frustrating. Id like to reiterate again, the staff was AMAZING the entire time we were there

  We come to Nampa regularly to visit family and have stayed in various hotels, this hotel was great! We have a toddler and baby which can be difficult to travel with, but the hotel really helped us feel comfortable and taken care of (especially Adriana).When our toddler dumped our water bottle on our bed, Gabbi came quickly and took care of the bed and the rest of the room too! The breakfast was great and we really appreciated the cute girl who was refreshing the food and cleaning the tables. Wonderful stay!
