The front desk employee took offense of us complaining about the 40 dollar per day fee for an animal. She then lied to her manager stating that we were rude to her. We were not! I travel all over the country staying in hotels, an elderly man and I do complain about high fees. The manager then called our corporate offices and lied stating they have us on video being rude and obnoxious. We were not. Then the manager stated quote,that the dog was barking and running all over, and quote. We moved out that night to, another hotel owned by the same people. We moved out the next morning. This motel chain owner will never get our business again. They lost over 4000 dollars in hotel fees just this week because of their lies, the hotels are: Hampton inn mountain home suites and this hotel. While I was checking in to the mountain home suites the manager was rude and stated the dog can’t bark in the hotel. Well I was awakened at 3 am and 5 am dogs barking. The room stunk, the walls are so paper thin I could hear the neighbors using the bathroom. STAY IN BOISE! Never stay in theses hotels!
