The staff are friendly and responsive and the indoor pool area is large and a wonderful place to hang out. There is an onsite restaurant and there are other restaurants located nearby. I slept great here and really enjoyed interacting with the staff.

Housekeeping did an excellent job. The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Everything was well organized and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean, but reaked of chlorine from the pool below even after we ran the fan for a day. The noise was incredibly loud from screaming children at the pool. The staff was very friendly at the front desk amd in the restaurants. The location was easy to get to everything in Moscow. Restaurant food was delicious
