- TTTinaOct 17, 20251.0The hotel was actually really nice, staff was friendly. Our issue is with the manager/owner....we were charged for 6 days extra a week after we left Even though two days prior to when we left we only paid for a couple of days instead of the full week like usual. We told them we would let them know if we would need to extend the stay any longer. He said they didn't know we left and they were fully booked and "couldn't afford to lose out on that money." Because we didn't go up there and "check out" we were responsible for the next week Even though staff said goodbye when he left ( obviously knew we were leaving" Over the course of that next week after we left, not once did we receive a phone call or anything. So basically we are getting penalized over $600 for their oversight and incompetence. I mean what hotel bless you stay past checkout time without making a payment for even an hour let alone 6 days? Sir, maybe you shouldn't be in the hospitality industry if you lack any customer service skills.
