  We've stayed at numerous Best Westerns and the breakfast at the McCall hotel was the BEST EVER! The staff & service was impeccable! The bath towels in our room however seemed worn & "scratchy"! Otherwise, our stay in McCall was made that much better by our stay at your Best Western! Thank You!!!

  Edit: Moving my customer service rating down to 1 for the review response. I didn't leave the review out of spite or te get money from them for a better review. I simply shared my experience. Because my stay was booked under someone else's name they chose to attempt to discredit my review rather than spark action in their hotel after this was brought to their attention. Very disappointing. We were excited for our stay. The description and images pictured with the room we booked had wall-mounted TVs, a jacuzzi, amd a fireplace. It looked like an excellent King Suite to splurge on. Unfortunately, the room was dirty. I don't mind pets but I dont want to see their fur in my room like that. There was fur all over the furniture that hadn't been vacuumed. The furniture never gets moved for vacuuming. The corners were filled with dirt, paint chips, and who knows what else. The vacuum clearly doesn't reach under the bed. There was garbage and dust bunnies under there. There was hair in the tub of the shower. Looking down at the pool from the second floor, there were floaters and who knows what else. Through personal experience, asking for another room doesn’t change the experience as its usually cleaned the same way. The only good part of the stay was the breakfast. Things looked clean and organized inthe dining area and the food was decent. Overall I would NOT recommend this particular hotel.

  This hotel gets multiple thumbs up! We formerly lived in Mccall and this was a different chain and wasn’t very nice so we always avoided it even after it had converted to a Best Western. Big mistake! Under new ownership it is outstanding. Great breakfast (unique highlights were fresh fruit, yogurt dispenser, almond milk, and hashbrowns!) beautiful lobby, tastefully decorated rooms, no overwhelming chlorine smell, perfect water pressure, high-quality bedding, great amenities, and we appreciate that the shower curtain has a liner, it’s really gross when they don’t. We left our thermostat at 64° and it didn’t turn on once, the rooms are very well insulated and the windows have high-quality shades that retain heat and block noise. Forget the paper-thin bedspreads we got earlier this winter at an AirBnB at Tamarack, we’re staying here from now on.

  Amazing staff and service we had an amazing and enjoyable time will defiantly be returning and the lady that works the front desk wasn’t able to catch a name but she is wonderful and great at what she does.
