Her name is Jacqye (I hope I didn’t butcher her spelling); every hotel needs a Jacqye. She’s friendly, engaging, helpful and articulate. She already impressed me before we had gotten to our room, and I mentioned to my husband, who was a Marketing teacher. He was equally impressed. Once in our room we found a tree completely blocking our view (which we pay extra for). We mentioned as we headed to dinner and by the time we came back she had another room for us. This gal made our trip wonderful.
