I trusted it was handled, but during my most recent stay, I began experiencing itching from what looked like bug bites. Subsequently, I discovered the mattress seams were covered with debris — hair, toenail clippings, crumbs, several live carpet beetle larvae, and another unidentified bug. Front desk staff moved me to another room on another floor, which was in the same unsanitary and filthy condition under the mattress. I checked out immediately. Management later offered a generic apology and 10,000 points, only after I reached out myself. They didn't reply to my follow up email when I explained this is a health and sanitation issue, not an inconvenience. The lack of response is concerning. This property clearly has an ongoing pest and housekeeping problem that poses a public health concern. I’m posting this so Hilton corporate is aware and guests can make an informed decision before booking.
