- LLLaurenOct 18, 20251.0I’ve stayed at this Hampton multiple times and have previously reported carpet beetle activity in the rooms. I trusted it was handled, but during my most recent stay, I began experiencing itching from what looked like bug bites. Subsequently, I discovered the mattress seams were covered with debris — hair, toenail clippings, crumbs, several live carpet beetle larvae, and another unidentified bug. Front desk staff moved me to another room on another floor, which was in the same unsanitary and filthy condition under the mattress. I checked out immediately. Management later offered a generic apology and 10,000 points, only after I reached out myself. They didn't reply to my follow up email when I explained this is a health and sanitation issue, not an inconvenience. The lack of response is concerning. This property clearly has an ongoing pest and housekeeping problem that poses a public health concern. I’m posting this so Hilton corporate is aware and guests can make an informed decision before booking.

When i checked in i asked if i can be on top floor as i work 13 hrs at night and sleep in the day. This helps avoid extra noise above me as i sleep. I was told hotel was booked. So i asked if someone on 4th floor hadn't checked in yet that didn't request top floor. Was told rooms already assigned. I been staying at Hilton for 14 years for work and never been told this before. I have had many ppl scroll through computer and check and always get switched. To top it off the guy next in line was on 4thbfloor and didn't request that floor. Could've been such a easy switch. So i have a 10 day stay at hotel and i swear on my kids i got 1 solid day of sleep. Wrestling matches above my room and a steam roller every single morning keeping me up from sleeping. Motorcycle's outside having a rally it sounded like. Had to buy black trash bags to tape over window to keep light out too. Was just a disaster and made me appreciate more the ppl who actually take pride in their job and dont just say no bc they lazy.
