2nd stay here. Good location to the freeway and lower price compared to Twin Falls. NO elevator. I reserved a king room 2 weeks ago with pet (am a Platinum member) I asked if we were on the ground floor and she said the ground floor kings were sold out. They put us in a double queen. You would think being a Platinum member, they would keep the room type that you actually reserved.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious. It seems to be an older property that is starting to show some of its age (plus the lack of an elevator for a two story hotel is a bit inconvenient) and the bed was the least comfortable bed I have slept on in quite a while. If you like a firm mattress, this is the place for you, but I tossed and turned all night trying to get comfortable. There was a lot of outside traffic noise overnight based on the location, but it is conveniently located by various food options which was nice.

Convenient location but outdated and worn. The staff are friendly and helpful. No elevator. The beds and bathrooms were clean. The carpet in the room and throughout the property is dirty. Our room couch was stained - oil? dirt? - not sure how someone got it on there. Hot and cold breakfast items with eggs, pancakes, and french toast cooked to order. 24 hour pool and hot tub.
