Freshly renovated. Friendly staff. Rooms/bathroom are clean enough. Could use some more attention to thourogness of cleaning. Shower walls weren't wiped down, found a long hair in my sheets when I went to get in bed and fake eyelashes on the floor.

Great comfort and value! We’d heard rooms were small, but ours was just the perfect size. Hotel has all the amenities of other Hilton properties, such as Hampton Inn. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was great. Breakfast was very good also. We will return here again!

Room was practical and clean. Hotel was located in front of the river making it easy to walk to restaurants and viewpoints. Everything about our stay was pleasant except the check-out process. When I arrived to the front desk this morning my coworker was already standing there waiting for someone to help him. A woman was stocking the breakfast and a man was vacuuming the chairs. My coworker told me he had already told the man that he wanted to check out and receive an email and he just replied “ok” and then went and picked up the vacuum. The woman stocking breakfast asked us nicely if we needed help after a minute and we said yes we’d like to check out. She said ok I’ll get him to come check you out. She went over to the man vacuuming and asked him to come over. He eventually came and when he did he ignored my coworker and asked me what I needed. I told him I want to check out and make sure my Hilton honors member number is attached to my stay. He asked for my information and confirmed it was. He then stood up to walk away and I asked him if he had my email for a receipt. He looked at me blankly. I got nervous and asked again and he just said “yes”. He would not confirm otherwise. He turned around again and picked up the vacuum walking away. My coworker said “excuse me” and the man turned around again looking irritated. My coworker said “I also need to check out, I asked you before as well” and the man replied “ok” and just walked away. I had to tell my coworker to let it go and we’ll figure it out later because I was so uncomfortable with the situation. It was extremely strange incredibly rude. We were left dumbfounded. I understand staffing handicapped employees (which I’m not sure if he was or not) but this man literally refused to do his job.
