- KWKellin WalkerJan 12, 20261.0As a Hilton Diamond member, I was extremely disappointed with the front desk service at this property. It was, without question, the worst I’ve encountered. When we checked in, the card on file was not the one we intended to use. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice this until checkout. At that point, we asked the front desk to switch the card. Instead of resolving the issue, they charged the original card twice and the new card once. When my wife called to request a refund for the duplicate charges, the front desk representative was shockingly rude. Rather than apologizing or taking responsibility, she repeatedly said, “Well, you shouldn’t have checked in online then,” and spoke over my wife throughout the conversation. This lack of accountability and empathy was unacceptable. This experience has left a lasting negative impression. After years of loyalty, I’m seriously considering moving my 60+ nights a year to Marriott.
