The managers, Diane and Dan, were both rude and inconsiderate during my stay. Instead of providing the welcoming and professional service Hampton is known for, their behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It’s unfortunate, because the hotel itself has potential, but when management treats guests with disrespect, it overshadows everything else. I hope corporate reviews this location’s leadership and takes steps to ensure guests are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.
