- CFColton FinchDec 10, 20253.0Go to the other Best Western down the street if you can. This one is understaffed and mismanaged. The "heated" pool room was 56F and the pool itself was quite cold (thankfully the hot tub worked to keep us from hypothermia), the breakfast was comically bad with empty portions, badly served food, and broken machines. The front desk was usually vacant so nobody was available even if you needed help. It's better than sleeping in your car, though. I have stayed here before and it wasn't as bad, so I'm sure we were just visiting during a slump, but the service is at best inconsistent/unreliable.
