The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and Maria went above and beyond helping us setup accounts and making our stay super comfortable. Hotel is clean and definitely one of the best breakfasts we had. Really recommend staying here if you can!

I was greeted by an extremely bright and competent person named Emily who made me feel very welcome and like I made a good decision to stay there. She gave me an amazing room for myself and my two dogs. It was very clean and the beds were Extremely comfortable. In the morning, I enjoyed a “made to order” omelette along with all of their other breakfast offerings, which were fresh and a wide variety. The price for my stay was more than reasonable, and I will not ever stay anywhere else when I go to Idaho Falls. No reason to mess with perfection! I would give 10 stars if I could!

It's obviously a bit of an older place but the rooms have been updated and are VERY clean. A nice shower, comfortable bed and a large TV. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was far better than the average hotel continental breakfast. Will stay here again.
- JDJill DuncanDec 18, 20255.0This is the loveliest Best Western we’ve ever been to. The room was spotless with a handwritten note on the desk to welcome us. A gorgeous view of the river and the temple from our window, Christmas lights and chairs on the simple balcony. Very comfortable bed and pillows. We didn’t realize breakfast ended earlier in the winter and when we got there late, they went to the kitchen and made up a plate for us. Super nice people here. We will stay here every time we’re in Idaho Falls.
