I especially want to recognize Raelyn at the front desk—she truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She upgraded our suite, made sure the room was fully stocked, and checked in to ensure my family had everything we needed. Her attention to detail and genuine care made such a difference. I saw that she’s currently Employee of the Month, and it’s 100% well deserved! Brooke was also incredibly welcoming when we checked in, even though it was very late. After a long day of travel, that kind of kindness means a lot. And a huge thank you to one of the housekeepers, Skylar, who stayed after his shift was over just to make sure our beds were taken care of. That level of dedication and teamwork really stood out. Because of this outstanding service, we’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Idaho Falls!

Self checkout in the lobby for small items is a great function for guests. The people at the front desk were all very nice and genuine. The company managing this and sounds like 6 others (soon to be 7) is doing it right! You won't beat the location, room, and team for the price. Definitely worth a stay if you're in IF.
