I've become a regular for about the past year and it's always like walking into my own home 🏡 Sierra always had a great smile welcoming me back but now that she's been moved to morning shift, it's now Sultan greeting me with a smile. The staff is friendly and helpful. 🫱🏻🫲🏼 The service is fantastic 👍🏼👍🏼 The beds 🛌 are always super comfortable There's even a pool and hot tub too, so don't forget to bring your swim suit 🩳👙😃
- ARAnn RadJan 4, 20265.0Our family of 22 stayed at the hotel over New Years 2026. It was fabulous and I highly recommend this hotel. The staff Sierra, Neecie and Sultan were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We were able to use the conference room for our large group meals. There were activities for all ages, (coloring for young ones) pool, workout room, free breakfast, free evening snack with happy hour and even fresh cookies in the evening. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We will definitely be back!

But wouldn't go back, they have a $30.00 policy you have to put on a credit card fo incidentals, what ever tbat means, your suposed to get it back when you check out( YOU DONT) Takes 5 to 10 days, so they keep your money and use it for that time.I took pictures so we weren't accused o srmtealing or breaking something.

From an impressively clean room to delightfully friendly staff, this will be our new go-to when traveling in northern Idaho. The breakfast provided, along with the attentive care of the breakfast staff, was exceptional. Thank you for a great visit!
- AEA EDec 28, 20255.0We live locally but needed a hotel for the night. This one was priced right and offered what we needed. It had an indoor hot tub and pool which were great. The hot tub did have a little too much chlorine, we could tell from the mass amount of bubbles put off by the jets but we still used it and survived. The room was nice and clean. The woman that checked us in was super sweet, I wish I had gotten her name but it was around 4pm on December 27, 2025. They served fresh baked cookies 7-9. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours which is super cool. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast but the lady working it was so wonderful. Her name was Modera I think. Sorry if I spelled it wrong or got it completely wrong, I looked at the name tag but kind of blanked once I started this review. It was the morning of December 28th of that helps. She was just so incredibly friendly and professional. She was a pleasure to chat with and was working nonstop. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we needed to or if we have family come visit we will recommend this hotel.
