  Definitely the best hotel in the area. Everything is brand new and updated. The property was very well kept and clean. The king room with sofa bed was huge and accommodated all 4 of us. Breakfast was great and the pool being open 24 hrs is such a huge bonus when you have kids. Snack selection was great as well. Annika (not sure of spelling) at the front desk was incredible. Definitely did not disappoint like some of the other hotels in the area. We will return soon!

  FANTASTIC! The staff was amazing! They were all courteous, friendly and kind. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone we encountered was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful and CLEAN, and the hotel had all the amenities. The pool and gym were both open 24 hours which ive never seen before! Breakfast was great, there was plenty of food and it was all delicious. We met the General Manager, Sarai, and she was so kind and friendly and truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We will stay here every time we come to CDA and we cannot recommend this hotel enough!!

  I can't say enough great things about this hotel! If you have a family, or traveling with just your friends or significant other, stay here! The staff was very helpful and friendly and the location is so central to everything. They answered all of our "tourist" questions and was always able to make recommendations. There was a little shop downstairs for all your basic needs, coffee water and tea served all day. Even hot cocoa packets for the kids and dog biscuits. We were able to check into our room early which was a plus. Microwave, fridge, coffee machine, large screen tv, lots of room, nice balcony view made our stay comfortable. All amenities like the pool, laundry and gym are 24/7. You will enjoy the free breakfast, especially your kids! It was well stocked and had a great variety of foods. Waffle station, eggs and 1 type of meat, fruit, yogurt, baked goods, cereal, hot oatmeal bar and complete with a juice station. I took full advantage, delicious! Huge eating area with a fireplace and tv. We never took advantage of housekeeping but they always left a note letting us know they came by. Check-in and out made easy with the app. Will be back again, thanks Coeur d'Alene Hilton team!

  This is my favorite hotel in Coeurdalene, Idaho. We booked a room with a balcony and it’s so pretty . I loved the view . Housekeeping is daily and that’s impressive . Amazing hotel staff. Breakfast is good . Lobby is beautiful and the hotel itself is so beautiful . Location is the best , walking distance to so many restaurants. Oh how I love this hotel . Highly recommended.

  My husband and friend stayed here. They had a balcony room and were in the room for all of about 8 hours. They were not told during check in that there is no smoking on the balcony otherwise there would be a $250 charge. Our friend had one cigarette before he went to bed and they charged me $250. This was in November and my friend assured me that the patio door was closed. I would love to know the difference between someone walking 500 ft to outside the front entrance and going to their room and someone on the balcony, but it cost me $250 because they were not aware of the policy.
