- KHKristen HFeb 16, 20261.0Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I have a disability under the ADA & I was discriminated against based on my need for an accommodation. I was treated differently & embarrassed by staff. I will follow up to say I provided the name of the tasks & was told I don’t qualify. After being asked if it was a chiropractic task, which is ridiculous & just means they used google to see what the task was & searched incorrectly. To avoid be treated so inappropriately I will start carrying a copy in writing what the task is under the ADA. I was assured that wasn’t necessary under the law. But per staff at this hotel they have “discretion”about following the law & determining who qualifies under federal law. I would recommend finding a business to give ur money to knowing they operate with dignity & respect for their customers.
- JRJordan RinkerJan 31, 20263.0It appears most of the room has been renovated, except the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and clean. The only issue I’d say was that the bathroom needs a deep cleaning. Surface was it was fine, but the tub jets were disgusting.
- NNNICKJan 27, 20264.0Quiet and not to far off the hyway, the staff was great and very helpful the only reason I dont rank this higher is its not a luxury or high end hotel. Very Clean, the breakfast is a bit lacking but once again this is a hotel not a restaurant and it saved me an hour of time finding a place to eat and was filling .
