  I'm from Bonners ferry and I come and stay with my kids time to time as I live out of state now. I came and asked about the 89 dollar rooms last week and the girl at the front desk said it wasn't available. Although it clearly says it is on social media. I'm upset I paid full price and the special pricing wasn't done like the promotion offered.

  First of all the new bartender young lady might be Native American should not be a bartender. She’s too busy talking with other employees and her friends to walk around and get Drink orders from People or she’s just standing behind the bar doing God knows why. The other new bartenders are pretty much the same they don’t ask you for a drink. I don’t know what they’re doing. They lost their best bartender. She’s now at the cage and I wish she would come back bartending because the place has gone downhill.

  The hotel is awesome the pool was clean the hottub was very nice just needed more water the food was great. But now the casino was the worst one iv ever played in the machines were so tight, $500.00 in without even one bonus or return play. I played alot of machines in alot of Casino.

  Everything was outstanding except for the fact that the hotel is run by the Kootenai Tribe and they have signs up prohibiting the carrying of firearms in the public spaces of the hotel. Nowhere was this disclosed in hotel policies. I will not return to this hotel solely for that reason. If you carry, stay elsewhere. If you are not, this is a great hotel. Excellent service, reasonable rates for the quality of the room, and fantastic service in the restaurant.

  I typically enjoy this place. This time, I arrived without cash. I walked through the lobby-door, immediately went to the pair of ATM machines just inside the door. They max at $800. I keyed-in $800 with the intention of having some dinner, and then some fun on the games. For some reason, I actually read the next screen, rather than automatically hitting "enter". The charge for $800 cash is 3% or $24!!!!. Unbelievable! That's unacceptable. Absolutely a serious gouge. I went and had dinner, and walked-out without touching a single game. Fail!
