Our stay at The Grove was exceptional. Beginning with the ease of check in to the interaction with all staff. I want to give a special shout out to Sean (concierge). He welcomed us with some great recommendations on places to eat nearby. He also offered us a pair of tickets to the Steelhead’s last home game in the arena next door. We had a phenomenal time at the game. We also had some wine waiting for us in our room. Thank you Sean. We loved dining on site as well as hanging out at the bar area. Valet was seamless. Will definitely stay again when we come back out in June. Thank you.

This was my first experience ever staying in a hotel on my own as a young adult, so forgive me for any user error. Several issues occured with the payment. On their website, it states that the card will not be charged until arrival. However, a charge for the full room price was placed about a week and a half in advance on my account, which was unexpected and disturbed my budget. Checking into the hotel, they told me I needed to insert my card for a quick authorization, but it actually attempted to charge my card an additional $140 and some change (this is unrelated to the room amount, $170, and the actual deposit charge, $100. I have no idea what they tried to charge me for). I was able to cancel the transaction and show that I was already charged for the room in advance, and they did not try to charge me the $140 again. Had that $140 gone through and been tied up in a refund, I would have had no gas money to return on my trip. In that same interaction, I indicated I needed the $18 overnight parking pass. They marked it on their computer and told me I would be charged $18 sometime that night. I was actually charged $118, which declined, and I had to visit the front desk once again to charge only the $18. Not sure why this extra $100 was charged, either, as it was never attempted again. The room itself was nice, but looking at the receipt, they gave us an ADA room (not sure why). It had a roll in shower for a wheelchair that allowed water to coat the entire bathroom floor. This is nitpicky, but I really wish they would've confirmed this change with me, as I would've preferred a normal room. Some of the lights on the ceiling and around the bed were completely out. Traveling across the country with my parents, every 3 star hotel I stayed in had a YouTube/internet function on the tv. The TV in my room was incredibly outdated for 2026, which I was not expecting for what seemed like a higher end hotel. It was clunky, and only had regular TV channels, and the option to purchase movies/music for insane prices. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Great hotel and great surroundings. So many places to go out to eat and just hang out. Nice weather makes it extra nice. I was here for a conference and absolutly loved the hotel and the area. Highly recommend. I look forward to coming back.

nice hotel I’ve stayed at 3 times now- 2 of those times the Pool/ Jacuzzi was closed for problems- so disappointing as the one time we could use it, it had been decent! This hotel is for High class people with big money- That’s definitely not me. I do travel a bit though, & Almost always thermostats work in a room- Never at the Grove Hotel though…. 70° is too hot for me to sleep in But it is the temperature that they mandate- it CANNOT be overridden in the rooms to be cooler- very vexing!
