  I can’t speak more highly about the hospitality at the Grove. Everybody was welcoming, but Shaun went the extra mile. Such a great experience on my first trip to Boise.

  I rate this hotel 🎩🎩🎩🎩 out of 🎩🎩🎩🎩🎩. It's borderline 🎩🎩🎩. The bed was ok as my back didn't hurt until early morning. The pool was like a maze to get to but they do not let you take the towels back so my kids had to give them back. The parking garage is just not good. Too tight and too many odd spots. Our coffee maker didn't work either.

  Everything was top notch. Vallet parking Check in The employees attitude and services stretch far beyond expectations and were very greeting. Employees Made her birthday very special with the lush chocolate and Italian wine in the room. Thank you. The location is bomb and gives you foot access to pretty much everything you want to see in downtown Boise. Will definitely do it again worth every penny

  I cannot say enough nice things about the staff here including Grace, Sean, Victoria, Tony and many other others. My server at lunch was also incredible and super polite. It was so refreshing to see somebody being so pleasant for a change and it changed my entire experience. I travel every week and I have not seen people as friendly as this anywhere in the country.
