I stayed at the Grove with a large group in November, and the service was great! Sean, the lobby greeter, went above and beyond to ensure everyone in our group felt accommodated and provided many recommendations for local restaurants and shops. The firepits on the roof were a great place for everyone to hang out and the location was close to many restaurants and the Capitol building.

I booked a room for a solo getaway for my birthday. First time without kids ever. It did NOT disappoint. Zack was amazing from the first time I called for info, throughout the booking, and he even checked me in. He was so helpful and definitely was the reason I chose to stay here. I love the attention to detail, like the rooms having clothes steamers, and filtered water in the ice room. The bed was amazingly comfortable and clean. The whole room was super clean and thoughtful. I prescheduled breakfast room service the night before, and it arrived in time and tasted great. The hot tub is steel, so it just felt way cleaner than the typical tile or concrete. Location is great. Right in the middle of countless top-rated restaurants and entertainment. I met my husband for dinner at the Brickyard steakhouse, and played an escape room after. All short walks. I will definitely stay here again!

Was here for the Marine celebration and to catch The American Hitmen and Royal Bliss. Both bands were totally awesome! Such talent. The room was large and everyone working at the hotel was very nice. Parking was easy to find nearby and the $ raised was for a great cause

Julie B and Hailey L were amazing at the bar! Friendly and talented drink makers, they made us laugh and were great after a long day. The valet team were amazing, though they were often overloaded and needed more staff. Only room issue was A/C was not good. Room would not cool down at night, otherwise it would have been 5 stars too.

When looking for a place of stay I spent a lot of time reading reviews and so many mentioned how clean it was. I am so particular and being 6 months pregnant, this is always extremely important to me.
Cleanliness 12/10
Cleanest hotel shower and room I’ve stayed in.
Customer service was amazing. I didn’t get the managers name but he helped roll our luggage upstairs and didn’t even accept our gratuity. He also gave us a great breakfast recommendation (Goldy’s!)
Whitney at the bar made me a delicious hot cocoa 😍 Thank you Whitney for being so kind!
Our hotel was quiet, beautiful and a 12/10 experience.
My onlyyyy suggestion is adding a fan to the restroom :)
If we ever need a place to stay in Boise again this will be our stop.
