We loved the refreshment room for the hot and cold water that was available. Also, all of the employees were fantastic, kind and attentive. The restaurant had wonderful food and the employees were super accommodating.

Never been here before - went in for a few Cocktails with some friends on Saturday and had the best time! Hailey took such great care of us! The drinks were delicious and the Flat bread pizza was perfect! Soft but crispy crust with a really good flavor. For being in the hotel lobby the vibe was laid back and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks Hailey and Julie for a great experience!

Wow - I have not been to a hotel with such kind and generous service in a very long time and this includes - Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons. An impressive staff that is fully aware of every guest in the lobby, at the bar, looking for their car or a driver. Guiding when you depart that it's a "one-way".

It just doesn't get any better than this! With so many wonderful restaurants to explore, we like to "graze" our way through Boise on New Year's Eve, sampling small bites and cocktails as we make our way to the Potato Drop at midnight. The Grove is centrally located, making it the perfect place to stay and explore Boise. We begin and end our evening at the bar in the lobby, where the cocktails are crafted to perfection. This year, as we checked in, we were greeted by staff member Sean and warmly welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne. His services were exemplary; he even escorted us to the elevator. Our room was beautiful, everything looked brand new. A nice bottle of wine was waiting for us, along with two glasses and a lovely fruit & cheese plate chilled in the refrigerator, all thanks to the amazing Room Division Manager, Lindsey Quintana, who wanted to ensure that our stay was the best - it truly was!
The Grove Hotel excels at customer satisfaction. I highly recommend staying here and seeing for yourself (and you don't have to wait until New Year's Eve!)

Our stay at the Grove over the holidays was outstanding. The accomodations, staff, and service were the best. The entire staff were polite, friendly and very professional especially to our 7 grandchildren . With any organization this type service is usually indicative of management, and I know why as my son was introduced to a gentleman executive in the elevator that demonstrated this same kind of friendliness, and caring attitude....Low and behold his business card reflected the name of John F Cunningham( CEO)...thank you John for a very wonderful experience for our entire family
