- JBJerry BurstedtDec 2, 20251.0Our company President & Vice President flew into town Monday to take our local staff & spouses out for the annual company holiday dinner. They borrowed one of our company cars to get back to the hotel Monday night. Tuesday morning they took the shuttle to the airport. The plan was to leave the company car in the hotel parking lot and we'd pick it up that morning. The hotel refused to lock up the car keys for a few hours until the car was picked up, leaving no option other than leaving the keys on the tire under the wheel well and hope nobody noticed them. The hotel manager on duty claimed it is against policy to hold car keys. They can lock up your valuables in the hotel safe for safekeeping and trust their employees not to steal anything, but apparently the allure of car keys for a 2012 Nissan Murano is too much temptation for their employees, and they're worried they will abscond with the car and they don't want to be held liable. What a crock. I'd give zero stars for "service" if I could. Needless to say, there are plenty of other hotels in the area that still remember what customer service and integrity mean.

- NSNick SkolNov 22, 20255.0The room was clean with plenty of desk space. There was space to lay out luggage if you're like me and don't like using the drawers. The bathroom was clean, well lit and modern feeling. I had great water pressure that made for one of the best hotel showers I've had in a long time. Probably the only negatives were a super squeaky desk chair and the upstairs drains apparently running down the wall next to the bed, but it wasn't too disturbing to me.

Not so big that there are issues finding parking like many others I've stayed at. My only complaint was that the people above us sounded like they were "Riverdancing" for hours non stop and late. I had to put my ear buds in to be able to chill get rest. I can only assume that the floors aren't well insulated/sound-proofed.
