  The room was clean with plenty of desk space. There was space to lay out luggage if you're like me and don't like using the drawers. The bathroom was clean, well lit and modern feeling. I had great water pressure that made for one of the best hotel showers I've had in a long time. Probably the only negatives were a super squeaky desk chair and the upstairs drains apparently running down the wall next to the bed, but it wasn't too disturbing to me.

  Nice sized, modern rooms with tons of storage. I love the smaller size of this hotel. Not so big that there are issues finding parking like many others I've stayed at. My only complaint was that the people above us sounded like they were "Riverdancing" for hours non stop and late. I had to put my ear buds in to be able to chill get rest. I can only assume that the floors aren't well insulated/sound-proofed.

  We were originally stopping at Mountain home, and realized they weren’t as accommodating there. So we drove up to Boise and stayed here and this hotel really saved our night! It was so welcoming and accommodating. It was very clean and very comfortable. In fact, I’m going to reach out to the manager about what pillows they use because it was that comfortable lol. Korey and Erin You’re the best and so welcoming! They deserve all praise

  Google Review for Holiday Inn Express and Suites Boise Airport ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites near Boise Airport and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw away from the airport, making it perfect for travelers. The lobby and rooms are modern and well-maintained, providing a fresh and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast. The variety offered is impressive, and it's sure to satisfy anyone's appetite—definitely a great way to start the day! While the front desk staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout my first few days, I encountered issues with housekeeping. My room was not serviced for three days. On one occasion, housekeeping showed up at 4 PM when I had been out all day, and the gentleman did not speak English, which made communication challenging. I requested cleaning service today I was but the front desk attendant mentioned it “might” happen, which was disappointing. I learned that it was necessary to request housekeeping the night before, but this information was not communicated to me beforehand, nor did it appear in the pre-arrival email. I believe it’s a basic expectation for rooms to be cleaned during a multi-day stay, so I hope that this issue gets resolved soon. If the cleaning is done upon my return, I'll gladly update my review to reflect a more positive experience. Fingers crossed!

  Not enough coffee for 2 queen bed room. I asked for more at the front desk the young man was very helpful to hand us more. Walking distance Applebee's was perfect for dinner
