I wouldn’t normally leave a raving review on a large hotel chain, but the service at this particular one is excellent. Particularly the kitchen staff who are very friendly and prepare a great breakfast.

I recently stayed here and wanted to share my experience
1. Not the best location if you're wanting to be by the airport
2. Everything was clean and no bad smells
3. Compared to other hotels of similar price the breakfast was better than most
4. Jamie the front desk girl was very helpful in answering my questions about the area
5. Very reasonably priced
I do recommend staying here. I certainly will be the next time I'm in Boise

The room is great and location was very pleasant to us. But upon asking simple requests - like every normal business should and would operate - they turned us down, lying, claiming false claims, and denying basic things they are obliged to by law. Utter disgust!!!

The room was fine, everything as expected. My one complaint is that there aren’t real curtains. There are only the white, thin, base layer and right outside of the room I was in was a very light street lamp. As you can see by the photo, all lights in the room were off, but that shined in my face all night.
