  This hotel is great to just lay your head down, nothing fancy old hotel/motel turned into new one. Small rooms could use a better cleaning as I found hair in my shower with some residue not a huge deal as I hosed it down and I’m not a complainer as I traveled cross country and stayed in worse. Floors as well need a deeper clean. Doors are poorly closed but overall not bad. Lots of parking around property very secluded. Remodeled feel on a budget is best way to describe it would not pay more than $100

  Felt like a cheaper version of Holiday Inn Express. I traveled solo, so all I needed was a bed to crash for the night. One of the two beds in my room was clearly used by someone and was unmade. To add insult to injury, there was a wet towel on the top of the bed. The other bed appeared clean and well made, so I didn't bother complaining. Otherwise it's a nice new hotel for a night's stay.

  My experience was amazing all thanks to the front desk associate Suave! He was so welcoming and accommodating I couldn’t have asked for a better check in experience. He already had my card ready and waiting after I called asking if my husband and I could check in super late at night and booked online. We are currently moving across the country and expecting our first child so I was exhausted. He made the process quick and easy especially considering it was 2am 😭 There was also chocolate chip cookies at the front and at 7months pregnant it was the cherry on top after a long day of driving. Suave deserves a raise for his warm welcome and professional and kind costumer service! 10/10🙌🏽

  First off, service was great and Sauve at the front desk was very kind and attentive to our issue. We visited this hotel a couple of weeks ago. Everything was fine until we were going to bed & suddenly noticed a bunch of little black hairs on our pillow cases (mind you, we are blonde and brunette so it definitely wasn’t ours). It was late at night & decided we’d just used our shirts as a barrier and went to bed. Next morning, we told the front desk about the hair and asked if we could just get our linens changed…we were really hoping it was a one-off. We returned that evening to find more hair-ridden pillow cases AND even some on the sheets. I started picking them off, but realized it was too many. I went down to the desk and spoke with Sauve and asked if we could get new pillow cases, but he went a step above and moved our room & the new room had no hairs. Overall, the hotel was fine, but finding a ton of hairs on the pillow cases was really gross and I’m not sure we’ll be back. I only got a few pics of the pillow cases, but the last pic shows all the hairs I picked off and set on the table.

  I came into town on business for Halloween weekend from WA state. Not only was the price very fair for it being a holiday weekend, but I was so surprised when it was one of the only hotels by the airport with NO reports of bedbugs as that’s VERY important to me. SUPER clean rooms. I almost overslept with how comfy the bed was. Breakfast was offered in the morning which is great, saves me time and money running around. The staff were very nice. They made sure cookies and fresh ice water was out for anybody checking in. Overall a good location for anybody looking to get away for the weekend. Sauve was one of the best staff on the property. He checked me in very quick, made sure I was happy with my room, and even gave some suggestions for food in the area when I was a bit stuck on the decision. Thank you so much Boise IHG!
