  Unfortunately, my experience was not good. The room was dirty, especially the floors. It didn’t feel clean, and it was unpleasant to stay there. There were no bedside tables, so I had to put my glasses and phone on the cold, dirty floor

  JP and Alex are the best! They were able to answer all the questions and help us with all the things we forgot. They were extra patient and understanding with one of our boys! Kudos to them both. Rooms were clean and we really appreciated the towel refresh and beds made when we got back after a long day in town.

  I've stayed that different hotels I noticed about this one when I walk in the pool looks clean The front desk is always polite and kindful in the rooms are excellent I stay here because it feels like home Cristy their front desk makes me feel that way

  I've had some longer-than-expected stays at this hotel due to bad airline luck heading out of Boise, and I can't say enough about how kind and accommodating the staff is. The rooms are quaint, well appointed and impeccably clean, and the staff does everything in their power to make your stay comfortable when everything else is going wrong. Thanks y'all!
