    The Human Factor is why I rated BW Vista Inn a 5-star rating. The staff are genuinely warm, engaging, and kind professionals who truly love what they do. Darla, the breakfast attendant, Ramesh, the maintenance man, and Shirley, a manager, made me feel as though I had known them for years though I had only met them this morning. I cannot recommend BW Vista Inn enough, especially if your needs require close proximity to the airport. My room was quiet, very quiet in fact. It was clean, the hotel is clean throughout. No odors, the grounds are well maintained. People were enjoying the pool. All things considered, I will again recommend this fine establishment.

    I stay at this hotel sometimes. I am not sure if somebody messed with the thermostat in my room but I would only get cool air at the end of November. Then heat would not turn on. I had to take apart the thermostat myself to get the heat running. People are shady theze days, it would not surprise me if this was intentional so the owner could save a few bucks. At the very least, lack of inspection to ensure services offered are indeed available. Two days without heat in my room.
