  Well where do we start. 1. No hot water- GM says hot water heater is going out! Nothing they can do. 2. 2 pubes found on sheets 3. Room is super small, like a whole in the wall. 4. No elevator 5. Blood stain on chair 6. Food on floor 7. Hair in shower Never again!

  I’ve slept on airport floors. I’ve slept in my car. Hell, I once passed out in a phone booth in Japan and woke up feeling refreshed, spiritually reborn, and ready to face the day. None of those experiences prepared me for the beds in this hotel. Calling it a “mattress” feels legally questionable. These beds were to rest what flavor is to La Croix. I woke up sore in muscles I didn’t know I owned, including my elbows and my will to live. The pillows deserve their own warning label. They were like those giant blob launchers you see at lakes. You lie down, they violently eject you into a new position, and you spend the rest of the night wondering how physics betrayed you. No support. No structure. Just chaos in fabric form. If you’re into extreme sleep deprivation, chronic back pain, or reenacting medieval torture, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the money and just lie down on a pile of regrets. It will be more supportive.

  The Human Factor is why I rated BW Vista Inn a 5-star rating. The staff are genuinely warm, engaging, and kind professionals who truly love what they do. Darla, the breakfast attendant, Ramesh, the maintenance man, and Shirley, a manager, made me feel as though I had known them for years though I had only met them this morning. I cannot recommend BW Vista Inn enough, especially if your needs require close proximity to the airport. My room was quiet, very quiet in fact. It was clean, the hotel is clean throughout. No odors, the grounds are well maintained. People were enjoying the pool. All things considered, I will again recommend this fine establishment.
