  The young girl that was working Sunday afternoon April 26th needs to he re trained. Greeting guests with “why do you want”. Like miss you work I. The hospitality industry. Go find another job talking with your friends and on phone the whole time

  Room walls are paper thin, don't need to hear people's conversations, Heat was nonexistent. People walking across the ceiling . Water works very noisy from adjoining rooms Staff nice, friendly. Rooms very clean and building other then rugs need a good cleaning. Twenty years in custodial work. Thank you for great breakfast. Bobby

  The location was good and the room was fine. There was enough towels and toiletteries and everything worked fine. Unfortunately we had neighbors with children above us that were jumping and running all over the motel slamming doors. They didn't quiet down until well after midnight and we had an early drive in the morning that was a few hours away to our next destination. We contacted the front desk, but it wasn't helpful as the noise continued. We understand having kids as you travel, but we feel this went to far and was very disrespectful to others who were staying at the motel.

  We were displaced from our home due to a prolonged power outage and had to find someplace to stay. I live in the same town as the hotel and have never stayed before. The rooms were so clean and the entire facility was great! The desk staff was always so kind even when my 3 year old was screaming from not wanting to get out of the pool 🙄. The pool was clean and nice and warm. Breakfast was great and always had plenty of options and availability. The only reason I took one star off is because the breakfast staff was not friendly at all. She got mad at my daughter for getting her own food (while I was keeping an eye on her from a table not even 10 feet away) and then again when my baby left a little mess on the floor from eating some waffle. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable during a hard time.

  The BW in Blackfoot maybe a little older hotel, but supper clean very accommodating staff. Needs a little updating with walk in showers in a couple of accessible rooms. Does have shower chairs though. Good breakfast. Several restaurants in close proximity. Walmart just down the road. Across the road is a very nice park. The staff are kind, and accommodating.
