  We've stayed twice while my grandma was hospitalized & transitioning to hospice care. Both times, the rooms were dated but bed was comfortable & breakfast was good. It seems a little pricey for the level of maintenance, though. The second time, there were stains on the lampshade & curtains, which is a major ick. Then, the tub barely drained. Taking a shower resulted in standing in water up past your ankles. When we were leaving for the hospice house, I informed the front desk & asked if maintenance could take a look. I was told maintenance doesn't normally work the weekend unless it's needed but she would let the maintenance guy know. When we returned later in the evening, housekeeping had been through but when we showered the next day, the drain situation was even worse. I normally try to give the benefit of the doubt, but I don't think we'll be staying here again in the future.

  Have stayed here two different times in the last month. The staff is good, very friendly. But I think they are working with a hotel that is in need of some serious updates, especially some of the rooms. We had stains on our curtains, ink stain on the comforter and one of the lamp shades was visibly worn. Nothing we couldn't live with there but would hope for better. The shower however had some serious issues on our most recent visit. The drain was super clogged I guess. By the time we would finish showering we were standing in about 5 inches of water and it would take at least an hour to drain. We mentioned it to the front desk after the first night and then were gone all day. Room was cleaned so we assumed someone had come to look at the drain but the issue was the same if not worse the second morning. Common areas are nice and clean, breakfast is good and exactly what we expect from a Holiday Inn and again, staff was very nice. The building is just showing a lot of age I think.

  I was skeptical at first reading others reviews of this hotel but I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me with my extra preferences. My room was clean, quiet, the bed was very comfortable and they were very welcoming of my dog. They have the typical hotel breakfast that most all holiday inns have. Everything was kept clean and even though dogs are welcome you would never know it by how clean everything is kept. I absolutely would stay here again and recommend to everyone.
