- TBTina BoothSep 30, 20253.0Hotel had a moldish smell as soon as I walked in. After getting into the room, there was some kind of residue (something melt?) on the side table next to the bed. The table next to the chair looked like it had stuff all over it-I didn’t what to touch it so I don’t know what it was. Tub in the bathroom had rust around it. There was also a fake fingernail in the hallway outside of the room. Just felt like the hotel in general needs a renovation and more attention to detail cleaning. Comfy bed though and the breakfast was good. The restaurant next door was super good and within walking distance.

However, when entering my room, I immediately noticed the gold, green & blue carpet, chairs, curtains & wall. Light fixtures are the old bubble style. (Two had bulbs not working). Bathtub had rust & mold around the fixtures and the water did not drain well when showering. I noticed that one window sheer was missing. Bed & Pillows were comfortable, A/C worked well. Breakfast was hot and good with a variety of options. Staff was available but there was very little interaction.

Carpet in the elevators was filthy just like in the room. Unable to access the pool as the door lock would not unlock for multiple people. Breakfast was not great won’t be back.

The sink has hair in it, we just arrived at 3:16 am, easy check in. The cart to bring our stuff upstairs was very noisy. I have stayed in many Holidays inn Express and this is the worst one. I will never stay here again.
