- SRSHAWN ROSEMar 4, 20265.0We are traveling from Chicago back to Las Vegas and stayed at this property for one night. Nick at the front desk was extremely professional, very helpful and courteous. We are also traveling with a service dog and this property being a no pet hotel. They were still very welcoming and accommodating to our animal. The hotel was extremely clean. Everybody is so polite and the breakfast options are phenomenal. I have been an IHG member and stay for the most part exclusively in IHG properties and this property is in the top tier of other IHG properties that I’ve stayed at. The next time I come through this area and need a hotel I will not think twice about booking this property. There is not one thing that I could complain about other than I wished I had more time to stay at least one more night and enjoy that hot tub. Thank you, everybody at the Holiday Inn Urbandale

- GSGabrielle SmithmanFeb 22, 20265.0We had a delightful time at this hotel. We always choose Holiday Inn Expresses for the value, cleanliness, and my daughter LOVES the pancake printers. We live in the area, but stay at a hotel a few times a year as a special family swimming excursion. So, the pool is a BIG deal for us, and is the entire point of the stay. We had a blast in the pool the first night, and the breakfast was great in the morning. However, when we went to go swimming again before checking out, the pool was down (a kid threw up in it the night before after we left). Thankfully for us, Margaret at the front desk had us covered! She let us know that we were able to go next door to the Hampton Inn (as it's owned by the same group) and she saved our daughter's broken little heart. Margaret was kind, attentive, and gave us world class hospitality. We will definitely be returning for our next staycation.
