Got here and since it was booked through a 3rd party they would not honor the reservation and give me the room I was supposed to have with a kitchen. It was one of the only things I needed while being away from home for a week. Unhelpful front desk personal who told me I had a suite but the price they got from it wasn’t enough so they gave me a lower quality room. Would give zero stars if possible. We work in this area often and I will have my company put this hotel on the no go blacklist so we don’t have to deal with them again.

A great service story - we stay there for work often, and during an epic northeast Iowa December snowstorm, my coworker and I were stranded a quarter mile away from the hotel (and had to stay with our vehicle). Employee Shaelynn G. recognized the vehicle, knew it was my group stranded for a few hours, and hand delivered us the hotel breakfast in the middle of the storm. Always a great group! Rick
