A great service story - we stay there for work often, and during an epic northeast Iowa December snowstorm, my coworker and I were stranded a quarter mile away from the hotel (and had to stay with our vehicle). Employee Shaelynn G. recognized the vehicle, knew it was my group stranded for a few hours, and hand delivered us the hotel breakfast in the middle of the storm. Always a great group! Rick
