  We stayed at the Best Western Inn & Suites Ottumwa from December 8 to December 27, and the service was excellent. We traveled as a family of three with a young child, and our needs were always taken seriously. Whenever we had a request or a suggestion, the staff reacted quickly and kindly. Overall, it was a very positive experience. We felt comfortable and welcome, almost like at home. The management was always helpful and supportive within their possibilities, and it was clear that good customer service is very important to them. We would be happy to stay there again and can definitely recommend this hotel.

  I had a great stay in this hotel (1 million people in the united states started their chance to like a video in another way when a hotel near their city opened) They liked those two videos in their main account

  stayed 2 weeks here while in iowa visiting family and let me tell you this place is awesome they went above and beyond to make my stay as good as possible i highly recommend this place and next time I'm in town I'll definitely will stay here again 😀

  Registering in India or some such foreign place for a hotel in IOWA means when you get to the hotel, the pool doesn’t work and the breakfast has no gf options. All things that affect my family’s happy factor. I’d have to give less stars for this reason.
