- room was very clean, beautiful and spacious, much better than another Holiday Inn I was at. However I don’t know what softener they used or what room spray they used but it’s extremely unpleasant. A very strong, chemically sweet kind of smell, looks like they trying to mask the smoke smell or something else in the room. I end up couldn’t sleep because the smell gave me bad headache. Please change whatever you used, it’s too strong!
- breakfast was hot and delicious, I especially love the egg white omelette.
- front desk was not the nicest but very polite and professional.
- housekeeper is horrible, banging loudly when cleaning room (I can hear her clearly from my room, can’t rest). It sounds like an angry ghost just let go of her frustration, purposely hit things repeatedly and throw things around. I walked out and saw her still cleaning the other room, obviously doesn’t look happy. I don’t know what happened to her but it’s very unprofessional. I’m trying to get some sleep because I couldn’t sleep the night before, but her banging clearly send the message: well I’m working and you should get out so I can finish my work.
Overall, it was a very nice hotel but unfortunately I didn’t have a good rest. Hopefully they’ll be better next time. I’ll try them again when I visit the town next time.

With you guys for years, we’ve stayed at multiple Holiday Inns and this was the worst. Toilets are removed and towels are stuffed into the drains to prevent sewer gas, doors open to rooms that are in the middle of being renovated, there was MOLD everywhere. And to top it off, Becky the general manager, decided to tell me I needed to move for her dog or he was going to bite me. We were at check in filling out paperwork when she rudely interrupted us and threatened me. Then asked if we were going to have a problem when my fiancé said something to her. We were celebrating our engagement and I’m very disappointed with the service or lack there of.
