    Everything seems to be decent. Wish the water pressure was better to the rooms. I had 2 seperate stays a couple weeks apart and somehow managed to get the same room so im unsure if it was just my room or the whole building. But pretty decent options for breakfast and the staff is pretty cool and attentive.

    Clean hotel, good location, attention to detail with the housekeeping, They fold the towels in a fan shape which is cool . ***Customer service tips for this hotel: greet a customer when they walk in. For example, when I checked in the first words out of the front desk mouth was" driver's license and credit card", secondly, the next morning the other front desk is on their phone watching videos wearing a hair bonnet not not looking up when customers walk by . Otherwise the hotel is great. Just train your employees with professionalism which we all know is lacking these days and it will go a long way for the business, the employees themselves and the customers. Thw woman who prepares the food in the morning. So charming and friendly and the maintenance. They're really on top of it.

    I’ve stayed here countless times, the only issue I’ve had is that a front desk person laughed in my face at me not knowing where to put my room key as I was checking out this morning. Please don’t laugh at people in a condescending tone, I view it as disrespectful and belittling. I realize they probably didn’t intend to belittle me, but it deeply bothered me. Just treat me as an equal, that’s all I ask.

    If you stay here make sure to check your beds thoroughly! I stay here because work and the last two times my bed sheets were not clean had blood on them. It’s like house keeping doesn’t actually clean. And one other time I had bugs all over my bed, not saying bed bugs but tiny little bugs all over my bed. I’ve started bringing my own air mattress and bed clothes so I don’t have to sleep in their beds. I got points as a sorry but house keeping and management need to get there stuff together. If it was a once oops things but every time I stay here the room is gross.
