  Only issue we had was the elevator is extremely slow. We couldn’t find sugar free syrup at breakfast , but everything else was great!

  Room was what I paid for, a basic single with king bed. Hotel appeared to be new. Has indoor pool and hot tub, wish I could have used the tub, too tired to. Kinda off the path but very quiet.

  I Would Not Recommend. THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF PRIVACY. I WAS A BLACK MALE STAYING THERE FOR 2 WEEKS. I HAD VERY VALUABLE ITEMS IN MY ROOM JUST FOR THE STAFF TO WALK IN EVEN WITH THE DO NOT DISTURB ON MY DOOR AND THEY WAITED UNTIL I WENT BACK TO WORK THEN TO TRY TO BLAME IT ON THE HOUSEKEEPER NOT SPEAKING ENGLISH AND BEING NEW BUT IM PRETTY SURE SHE CAN READ ENGLISH AND PLUS SHE WAS GETTING TRAIN BY ANOTHER LADY THAT DO SPEAK AND READ ENGLISH REALLY WELL.. WHEN BRINGING IT TO ATTENTION THEY TRIED TO SAY I WAS SMOKING IN MY ROOM AND THEY COULD CALL THE POLICE. I TOLD THEM CALL THEM BECAUSE. THAT DIDNT MAKE ME SCARED THREATENING TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME WHY CAUSE I WAS BLACK. THEN CALLED ME IGNORANT BECAUSE I WAS LOUD AND UPSET ABOUT MY PRIVACY. And NOT TO MENTION DAY BEFORE GOT A MOLDY BAGEL. AND REMIND YOU IVE BEEN EATING THERE SINCE ARRIVAL. HAVE ME QUESTION WHAT ELSE IS OLD. BUT BIG SHOUTOUT TO THE DISTRICT MANAGER DON I BELIEVE.

  Terrible service. For the money they charge, customer service should be better. No military respect, only one vending area in the first floor, when suites are in the 4th floor. Can't recommend this place at all.
