Connected to the Q casino. The front desk staff was super friendly! Clean comfortable stay. No refrigerator in the room. Probably my biggest complaint.

Wow! You obviously opened to soon. This is directly to the Hilton Corporation that they ripped off their Hilton members by doing a disservice and charging $450 for a room, when you clearly were not fully staffed and said nothing about your rooftop bar not being opened when the room was booked. You ripped us off. So insulting. No refrigerator, don't give me any excuses for why not, I expect one in my room. End of story. No microwave, how can I cook my left overs, it's the 21st century and every room needs one, stop acting like it's to high class of a hotel to have one, spare me, it's cheaply made and a microwave is a great investment for the price. You had no chair in our room and a bench directly in front of the TV that is the dumbest room set up I've ever seen. What is the purpose of the bench, the only place to sit, besides the bed, which I don't want to eat my food in, blocking the TV which we wanted to watch. Once again, I think you're under the impression that this so called great room is designed so cool that you wouldn't want a place to sit and eat without someone's big head blocking the TV. The shower was beautiful, so what. Your shampoo, conditioner and lotion smells funny. Smelled like my grandpa? No one in our room liked it. Where's a cool bench in the huge bathroom? You can't expect a larger person to sit on that cheap toliet seat, right? Then you have to ask your friend to leave the room, so you can get dressed sitting down on the bench all naked where I ate my dinner sitting there too? Gross! No lock on the bathroom? Is that the new hip thing? I forgot I was supposed to be so impressed by the door. The breakfast you got from down the hallway which is pathetic! One worker on Valentine's Day weekend, really Hilton Corporation, this is greed at it's finest. You owe my friend a free room to redeem the Hilton name, that you have quite frankly, embarrassed. No teas? You are very behind in that one! No Veterans discount either. The list goes on. My name is Valerie Byers and I stand behind every word I wrote in my review. You can look up my Hilton number. My friend, the disabled veteran, Jane E. Kelly deserves a free room and an apology. Where was someone for valet or golf carts transporting you from the parking lot. You should be ashamed for the way my disabled friend was treated, it was appalling. We will go to Treasure Island Resort in Welch, Minnesota, next time, where you are catered too, no matter how much money you look like you're worth!

This hotel has a lot of potential, it just had a feel that it opened too soon. The top floor isn't done nor is the roof top bar. The room was not ready at 3 pm when we checked it was ready closer to 4pm that was disappointing and inconvenient. There is also no refrigerator in the room, Hilton garden inn next door has them and it’s essential, especially when your city has great food and you want to save left over. Found out the hard way you can’t. We had breakfast the next morning and the poor girl behind the counter seemed so overwhelmed with making coffee, taking orders and making food. While her supervisor just stood there saying “I wish I could help but I’m not a barista” Maybe they are short staffed, again felt like it opened to soon. Over all we will probably stay there again my husband and I love the Q casino, but they really need step it up.

Loved everything, especially the sweets. Disappointed there is not a fridge in the regular rooms. Other than that, great experience.

Fantastic aesthetic and brand new! Had the extra room king bed and loved it! Came with a small trendy refrigerator. Shower was so big you could bathe a horse comfortably. Breakfast was good, and staff were all very friendly. There was however one front desk man that wouldn’t allow you to walk by without talking and honestly got annoying after a few walks by unloading belongings and reparking the car. He also forgot to give us our breakfast vouchers so had to come back down. Great location that’s close to downtown and right of the highway! Will stay here again if we visit again!
