- HLh lNov 16, 20253.0Had a tough time trying to park or wondering where to. Had to park in ramp. No security. A little worried about that with signs saying not responsible for anything. Then not even asking for our liscence plate. Didn't give us any kind of info when checking in. Even after asked if we had stayed there before. Which we had not. Had nothing to take our stuff up to our room. Room was ok. Clean but ran out of toilet paper and conditioner. Shower dripped all night couldn't get it shut off. Toilet would not stop running. Shelves in bathroom looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time! Website says check out at 12:00. We loved that, but did not appreciate a knock on out door shortly after 11 saying check out time was 11:00!!! I had my email confirmation ready to show her it clearly says 12:00. Was told site was not updated! 😠 😡 Watched as many doors were pounded on as we left and many others said they did not know checkout was at 11:00!! Wow! One room she was going into and a guy stopped her at the door!! For the price we may have to try another place! Not great!! I'm really not picky but wow! Kind of sad!!!

Basically got told I was wrong. Sink in bathroom would not drain. Items leftover from previous guest, we only had one curtain panel so we could not close them. Would not recommend.

It was clear that the property was undergoing some improvements, so the situation was understandable.The only surprise was the one-hour time difference at checkout, it would have been helpful if that detail had been noted during booking on the hotel’s own website.

When we got back from the casino on Friday night we went to the front desk to ask for another towel (We had 4 people in our room with only 3 towels) and I was greeted by the guy working the front desk saying "What's up" I asked him for the towels and he grunted about having to get up to get them. The shuttle service was nice and the shuttle guy was very nice.
