As we entered the room, the door was beat up. we opened the door scratches on the wall. The room did not smell very clean at all. It felt dirty to me. We got two queen beds. I got in one and my husband got in the other. The mattresses were very saggy and I felt I was falling in a hole had to move to the other side of the bed. It wasn’t much better. My husband had the same issues with the other mattress. The entire room just felt dirty to us. It’s been a long time since we’ve stayed in something that nasty, If it hadn’t been so late at night in the heavy snowstorm, we would’ve left. Not to mention where Hilton diamond members, so we know a thing or two about a nice clean hotel. I would highly recommend not staying at this hotel and finding another place to stay for the night.
