- ABAmy BrownApr 13, 20265.0Extremely pricey for the weekend rate compared to during the week. The location was great to be able to walk to our event and restaurants nearby. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and very nice. Loved being able to hang out and play board games with our extended family in the comfortable den area. Pool and hot tub were also great.

Dawn (employee) told me that she “gets $100 tips” for her ‘good customer service’, as if she was looking for some bribe. Overpriced room and parking. There other options in Des Moines, advise to look elsewhere. Will never stay again.
- EHEd HuffmanApr 5, 20265.0Very nice hotel! We were there for my daughter's wedding at a venue 2 blocks away. Easy to get in and out of the parking ramp when we needed to. Nice clean rooms and a very good breakfast in the morning! Highly recommend staying here!!
- KJKiran JamesApr 3, 20262.0Room seemed clean at first until I noticed feces splashed on the base of the toilet. I wish there was somewhere I could upload pictures! There are restaurants that are walkable nearby, but everything closes at 9. It was nice to have a full sized fridge in the room, but there is only ONE walkable convenient store and it has VERY limited options. There is no walkable Walgreens, Target etc and instacart doesn’t even recognize the hotels address. So what is the point of having a full sized fridge and kitchenette? Best of luck if you need any feminine products, there are none available in the hotel pantry.
