  During a call (on 4/29/26 in the evening) to this hotel to inquire about availability, the young female attendant was curt, short, condescending in her attitude over the phone. When asking her to speak more clearly (due to my hearing problem) she responded in an angry voice “I AM SPEAKING CLEARLY”. Her attitude with customers speaks VOLUMES about the operation of this place…I’ll never book here!

  Hotel is in desperate need of updates. Parking lot has been shut down by the city. Rooms are not on individual temperature control so unable to cool room. Shuttle van driver was pleasant but doors to van were broken and didn't close appropriately. No commons area for teams/groups to hang out. Being kicked out of empty bar area tables. Very disappointing for the price we paid to stay.

  Staff is not friendly. They seem annoyed. The parking lot is under construction so there is no parking on the premises. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known about the parking lot situation.

  I’ve stayed at the hotel over the last several years because of its convenience to the convention center. So when I looked to book again, I picked this place again because of my previous experience. Shame on me for not reading the recent reviews. This place is a dump. I’m sitting on the bed listening to the wind come through the windows on the 7th floor. Had to walk 2 blocks, in the rain, because the owner won’t invest the money to fix the parking structure that is now unsound. Apparently it’s been like that for a while. We were told the owner passed away and the kids who inherited the property don’t want to make the investment. Super disappointed as the rate was the equivalent of some of the Hilton and Marriott properties also near by. Do not stay here.

  Stayed here for one night while traveling, and unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience. The biggest issue was the noise. Our room was right next to the highway, and it genuinely sounded like the window was open all night. Between trucks engine braking and cars accelerating, it was constant and made it really hard to get any sleep. Cleanliness was also a concern. The air vent in the room was visibly dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while, which made the room feel poorly maintained overall. Parking added another layer of frustration. The on-site garage wasn’t usable due to being described as “structurally unsound” by the front desk, so we had to park across the street and carry everything over. After a long day of travel with the family, that wasn’t ideal. There’s definitely some potential here, but between the noise, cleanliness, and parking situation, it just didn’t feel like a comfortable or well-maintained stay.
