- JSJen SerricchioFeb 17, 20263.0I was here for 3 nights for a hockey weekend with a friend of mine. The room was decent. The entire hotel needs updates - bathroom area (tub with shower specifically), windows, and so forth. The front clerk during the day didn't have a personality and seemed a little put off when my friend and I asked questions. Wish the parking lot wasn't closed for repairs.
- MHMatt HJan 31, 20263.0Terrible drop off experience. No drive up to front door. Free but inconvenient parking. Unusable parking structure for more than a year. Dated rooms. Comfortable mattresses. Staff was pleasant. Hospital helicopter traffic can be noticed through the thin exterior walls and windows.

Parking lot under reconstruction with was very inconvenient. Smoke detectors went off all night which made it hard to get sleep during the night. Supervisor was notified, that’s when I was told that in other words since he didn’t hear it, it didn’t occur….with no compassion. I’m from Illinois and frequently stay at this location. This was definitely my last stay.
