I even ask at the desk, on Monday late morning, and was told yest it would be cleaned. That never happened! Got back Tuesday night and had to ask for towels and other amenities needed. Desk said they would tell the manager on Wednesday and they would be in touch. As a Lifetime Diamond I actually thought I would hear from them, nothing. Now the breakfast. On Monday one of the hot seving pan was out of order so all the had was some crap not fit to eat. No waffle maker just a toaster. Tuesday and the other hot food serving pans had food in them Ice cold nasty powdered eggs and sausage in luke warm water. I said something to the guy who makes the food and he was ignorant about everything to me. Dont waste your money here, it is going down fast!!
