I was looking for a clean,safe,warm place for long term stay.Starting with front desk employees Wendy,Amy, Lexie...it has been by far the best experience. They go above and beyond to take care of your needs.The best part is they do it with a smile.We met Ben ( our breakfast chef) and got a warm welcome and a wonderful hot breakfast. I met Jill today(manager) she was as welcoming and helpful as the rest of the staff.Rob has been working hard at decorating for Christmas and getting us in the Christmas spirit.Wonderful decorating Rob.Housekeeping has also done a great job and are very kind.10 stars if I had that option 😀 Thank you crew for being such kind,and helpful humans. They are all so kind to our little blind doggy.We will definitely pick this hotel every time.( and I am a picky traveler)Marcus ( maintenance) was also kind and helpful. THANK YOU ALL! Newbees mom
