SO-SO STUFF: - Old infrastructure, including dingy carpet. - Slow elevators. - Ridiculously low water pressure. So much so, that I asked for a maintenance person to evaluate. Turns out that the pressure was normal due to new 'green' initiative. I mean, I've seen green stuff that is nowhere near this lamo. In fact, so bad that I ended up using 4 times as much water time to deal with the lack of pressure (kind of defeating the initiative). Also, as I watched helplessly from the tub, the water started to create a lake in the bathroom - Shower curtain on some dumb curved rod that did not help keep water in the tub area. - Kids allowed to run through lobby with wet feet from pool and then track the water into elevator. - Nothing at all smart about TV. Very basic. No streaming, no extra features.

Can't complain about the service, very respectful and courteous! Well on check out they are trying to charge me $155.68 and I paid in full every evening and if I didn't pay in full why was my card charged every evening, my card sends me notifications every time it's used and I've received notification every evening of the charge, the room was left clean and picked up!! I'm confused?!
