Pet stay fee is a bit high. Always like the free breakfast at Hampton Inn. Plenty of nearby restaurants with a good variety pf options.

Starting with the top notch customer service at the front desk. Our suite was IMMACULATE. The look and feel of the interior was cozy- classy. The curtains and window coverings were of high quality - which just makes a long stay that much more comfortable. The breakfast was EXCELLENT! Every single employee at this hotel went above and beyond! I even overhead the breakfast chef make the bacon crispier for an older gentlemen/nice grandpa. There was delicious hot chocolate, cookies, tea and coffee available 24/7. One of the best things was the LOCATION! I walked to the restaurants we dined at. The cinema is also within walking distance. The shopping…. TONS of nice stores within minutes! This hotel gets an A plus from this teacher! Way to go Davenport Hampton!

She said that it’s normal the alarm to go off at 2 AM. They can’t the systems I stay in hotels everywhere for my job is never a problem and she hung up on me when I was just explaining why I should receive a refund and she said because I left I don’t get one, but when before I left, I made sure I asked the attendee if I have to be there for the refund, she said no that’s why I left she the manager said they can’t press systems it’s illegal. I understand that I also understand at 2 AM in the alarms nonstop going off is also a problem. She refuse to issue refund and she hung up. I don’t ever get reviews had to leave this one never will stay here again. There is no management complete trash.
