I’m not even sure where to start but this hotel is DISGUSTING. We travelled with my daughter’s volleyball team and this was where our team stayed. Our room alone changed twice. We couldn’t check in on time. The pool was down all weekend. We were told we should have checked the Hilton Website for pool details before arriving. I asked who does that and was met with snarky smile from the front lady. I let her know that was upper frustrating and she said she’d happily cancel our reservation so we could go elsewhere, again with a snarky smile. We finally get to our Suite and it WREAKS OF SMOKE. Then this same lady goes upstairs agrees it smells terrible. We are given another room. This room was nasty. We even had visits from local pests, cockroaches. There were liquids spilled down walls and the couch was unsanitary. Stains and left over food everywhere. This place is gross! Do not bring your family. This location is also next to parking garage that locals speed race on. So if you have small children or noises keep you up, find a different location.

Horrible night shift people were. They allowed all of us on new years to Putt tables together and play games. But after bar closed had a person walk around us and be rude like she was our babysitter telling us no drinks even though bar restaurant was closed. Had issues with our room was told wait 30 minutes cause they were on lunch. We were respectful and was told at 12:10 we had to go to our rooms because we had drinks. We still cleaned up our mess didn't leave it. They were still rude 2 woman watching us like security guards and then kept our deposit for having outside drink without bring loud or anything. New years eve treated like children. Don't go there bad service and rooms.

Will never stay again. The entire reason for our stay was for my daughter to go to swimming and she couldn't even do that because of it being ice cold, rooms are small, had to pay $10 for parking, floors in lobby were wet i slipped and fell, the staff just stood there and stared never bothered to ask if I was okay. Only staff member that was good was the waitress at breakfast. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and has probably been the worst experience.

I haven't decided if I was racially profiled or not. I'm a long-standing member and I was charged $250 for incidentals. I called after the stay and was told it should have only been $50. I'm still waiting for my card to be released 6 days after staying there. I called to talk with a higher up; a message was left and no one has contacted me yet.🫤

Very clean, spacious with large remodeled rooms. Great for business or personal meetings or events. Large enough to handle very large groups as well. Convenient location right across from the river so great views from that side of the building. Definitely pay the 10.00 to park in their private lot so you are guaranteed a spot. It's by the baseball stadium and the downtown entertainment district. We would definitely go there again
