    DON'T be staying here cause they don't know anything about IHG membership. Differently make sure if you use the shuttle service the driver isn't high or impaired!!!!!! Staying with Hilton family from now on.

    Great location near downtown and the zoo. The area felt safe, and we had a nice view of the water. The hotel and rooms were clean and updated. Breakfast had a good selection. Has a pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend!

    Very nice hotel. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was great and had many options. Coffee, tea, water are available in the lobby all day. We would stay here again.

    I responded to owner on last review but I came back today with a temp of 66 degrees. Thermostat is set on 78. The room never gets to 78. This is the new room moved to. I left a video of thermostat with motion sensor owner says hotel doesn’t have. Even if I tied a balloon to have motion during the day when gone the temp never reaches set temp. Outside temp currently 27 degrees. Maintenance came and adjusted the heat so it would stay on when not moving in room. Actually slept and didn’t freeze going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Next morning still warm. Left for class and came back to 66 degrees. I’ve been here 2 hours and not above 68. Not sure where I can go to study for my test tomorrow. Too cold to concentrate. This hotel is the perfect location to work/school, to Walmart without getting into much traffic. Being uncomfortably cold the whole 8 day stay is just unbearable. My house in the summer with air on doesn’t get below 75.

    I tried writing this review at 3am while the room next to me was having an intense conversation about some party they attended, but the WiFi wasn’t working. Could hear every word the said with how thin the walls are. Called the front desk when they started swearing and wrestling. Front desk was about as helpful as a flashlight with dead batteries. The breakfast was about as inspiring as lukewarm eggs and disappointment. I did enjoy the bed and thought it was comfortable. Everything else stunk. Won’t be staying there again.
