I have stayed at this hotel 4 different times and every time I have been very pleased Great place to stay everyone is very helpful and if you like going to casinos it’s in walking distance of a casino. The rooms are nice and clean I would give more stars but there is only 5.

The beds were atrocious. Website said queens but I bet they were doubles. Sheets and pillows great like every Hampton but the mattress was awful, beds creaked like they were about to collapse and woke us up all night. Rickety sounding and loud. There was serratia marcesans on the shower head which is indicative of poor cleaning. That is the pinky orange colored bacteria that many people carry naturally but when you see it, usually in your shower, it is a sign of infrequent cleaning or insufficient cleaning. The tile bathroom floor was missing large pieces of grout so large one could easily lose earrings if they were dropped. The curtains couldn't be closed all the way due to the air conditioner/ heater. There were shorter sheers over the unit but the drapes themselves wouldn't cover that gap forcing us to change in the bathroom only for privacy. Ick. The breakfast was good and most things kept stocked consistently. The pool was enjoyed. The rest of the hotel was well maintained by appearances. This location is in the same complex as a large casino and they have a parking lot security robot named Chuck who always seemed to be behind me when I was backing out.

The USB sockets in the room were loose, but if you have a wall adapter for your charger it'll work on the outlets. Very clean room, though.

A great hotel about a 5 min drive away from the Mid-America Center!! The staff is friendly and determined to provide the best service they can. Some of the design aspects of the room are mildly infuriating, the blackout curtains don’t close all the way (across from a bright casino) and the faucet is in the corner of the basin rather than the middle making it difficult to use the sink.
