    This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. We stayed for one night, checking in Friday, December 19, 2025 and checking out Saturday, December 20, 2025. After a nine-hour drive, we arrived to find a large stain on the sheets and a clump of hair under the comforter. There was also visible dirt and debris in the bathroom, indicating the room had not been properly cleaned. When we brought this to the front desk, the staff member insisted the room was clean and dismissed the soiled bedding in front of us, saying housekeeping had “just missed a spot.” She initially offered only a blanket rather than replacing the bedding. After insisting, we were given replacement bedding that turned out to be the wrong size for the bed, and we were told to go change the bedding ourselves. When we returned again, we were told no manager was on site and would not be available until Monday. The staff member said she would pass along the issue but did not ask for our name or room number before walking away. A clean room is the absolute minimum expectation, and this experience was unacceptable. As a Hilton Honors Silver member, I’ve had many positive stays with Hilton properties, including multiple stays immediately following this one, none of which had issues like this. I will not stay at this property again and expect appropriate follow-up from management. EDIT: The hotel's general manager contacted me directly, acknowledged the issues, and issued a full refund. I appreciate the professional follow-up and willingness to address the situation internally.

    I have stayed at this hotel 4 different times and every time I have been very pleased Great place to stay everyone is very helpful and if you like going to casinos it’s in walking distance of a casino. The rooms are nice and clean I would give more stars but there is only 5.
